Helen Ludé

Managing Director

Helen Ludé grew up in California, where she fell in love with bluegrass playing fiddle in the Kids on Bluegrass Program with Frank Solivan Sr. She now tour manages AJ Lee & Blue Summit on the road and books for Shelby Means, the John Hartford Fiddle Tunes Project, and Scroggins & Rose. Helen works with the talent teams for the CBA Father’s Day Festival and the Bayou Bluegrass Festival and serves on the Board of Directors of Bluegrass Ambassadors, the Delta Hayride Association, Shasta Mountain Music, and the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA). In 2024, she founded Wisteria Management LLC to support and strengthen bluegrass community through artist-centered initiatives. A Tulane University graduate, Helen lives in Nashville and enjoys hiking, yoga, and travel.

Lily Broussard

Agent Assistant

Lily Broussard is a New Orleans radio DJ, independent artist manager, musician, GrammyU member, and fourth year music industry studies student. Over the past four years, they have developed experience in nearly all areas of the music industry, including marketing, radio promotion, live event and festival production, digital audio production, artist management, label operations, A&R services, event promotion, booking, and release planning. Serving as chief of staff at WTUL New Orleans over the past year, they have managed a staff of over 200 diverse DJs in day-today station operations, leading meetings, maintaining staff directories, ensuring FCC guidelines are met, and generally ensuring that the station runs smoothly. They have completed two internships in the past year as well, one onsite with DWP at Bourbon & Beyond festival in Louisville, KY, and one remotely with independent label The SoundClub out of Los Angeles, CA. Lily is passionate about doing the work that lets artists focus on making art, and is an active member of the New Orleans music community.
